Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the inato.ph platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on inato.ph. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification is mandatory and enforced at registration and withdrawal.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on inato.ph. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your inato.ph login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Report unauthorized access to our support team immediately.
All financial transactions on inato.ph must be conducted through your registered payment methods. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting systems, engage in collusion, or manipulate game outcomes on inato.ph is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
inato.ph provides deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools or contact our support team for assistance at any time.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and inato.ph ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the inato.ph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the inato.ph platform.
1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the inato.ph website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on inato.ph, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative text for all legal purposes.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by inato.ph may result in suspension or termination of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
2.3 By registering on inato.ph, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section. Any misrepresentation of eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Age Restriction: inato.ph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Underage gambling is illegal under Philippine law and is actively prevented by our verification systems. If we determine that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed and all deposits returned, less any amounts already wagered.
3.1 To access the full range of services on inato.ph, you must create a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on inato.ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. inato.ph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.
3.3 Upon detection of duplicate accounts, inato.ph reserves the right to:

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your inato.ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes or two-factor authentication tokens associated with your account.
4.2 You must not share your account credentials with any third party. inato.ph will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from inato.ph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.3 All transactions and activities conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — are deemed to have been authorized by you. inato.ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify inato.ph immediately. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation, which may include temporary suspension of account activity.
5.1 inato.ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated player account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your inato.ph account. These limits may be adjusted by inato.ph at any time and may also be subject to limits imposed by your payment provider.
5.4 inato.ph does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. inato.ph is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
5.5 All transactions on inato.ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion, where applicable, is handled by your payment provider and inato.ph is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or conversion fees.
5.6 Deposits are credited to your inato.ph account balance upon confirmation of receipt of cleared funds. inato.ph is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking systems, or network outages beyond our reasonable control.
6.1 You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your inato.ph account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically feasible. inato.ph reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable.
6.3 Before processing any withdrawal, inato.ph may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in delay or refusal of the withdrawal request.
6.4 Withdrawal processing times are as follows, subject to verification status and payment provider timelines:

6.6 Funds that have been deposited but not wagered may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal is approved, in order to prevent misuse of the Platform for money transfer purposes.
7.1 inato.ph may from time to time offer bonuses, free plays, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer.
7.2 Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on inato.ph:
7.3 inato.ph reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amounts credited in error or as a result of a technical malfunction.
8.1 All games available on inato.ph — including Dreams of Macao, Golden Leopard, Fishing Disco, D&T Ranking, Ocean Phoenix, MT Live, and Lucky Dice — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. Game outcomes are independent, unbiased, and not subject to manipulation by inato.ph or any third party.
8.2 Specific rules for each game are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, software error, or power failure — inato.ph will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance.
8.4 The results displayed on inato.ph's servers shall be the definitive record of all game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on inato.ph's servers, the server record shall prevail.
8.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may be adjusted by inato.ph at any time.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the inato.ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

11.1 All content on the inato.ph Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of inato.ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, inato.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 inato.ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
12.3 inato.ph's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your inato.ph account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.5 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. inato.ph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
13.1 inato.ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 inato.ph may be required to disclose player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in accordance with applicable Philippine law, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations.

14.1 inato.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
14.2 The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
14.3 Your continued use of the inato.ph Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and inato.ph, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally and promptly.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
15.4 inato.ph's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
